Self-testing.ch is the first internet laboratory in Switzerland. Self-testing.ch offers laboratory tests of specimens collected by persons without special knowledge from themselves. The range of laboratory tests offered has been selected in such a way that the analyses of these specimens provide an identical quality compared to specimens collected by medically trained staff.

The analyses are conducted at cooperating laboratories. These are select laboratories with decades of experience in conducting laboratory analyses for physicians’ practices and hospitals.

Self-testing.ch is targeting individuals who would like to do something for their health in a convenient, time- and cost-effective manner. They include persons who would otherwise not do so because they tend to avoid seeing a physician.

Self-testing.ch is able to establish diagnoses and provide advice. Seeing a physician is required to receive treatment. We are collaborating closely with family physicians, general practitioners and specialists.
